Welcome to the BFC website terms and conditions for use. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

Registration

You warrant that:
The Personal Information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and you will notify us immediately of any changes to the Personal Information.

Indemnity

You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, our employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your shopping account and/or your Personal Information.

Accuracy of content


BFC has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this Website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all Products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the Product Description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.

All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free

We cannot guarantee sizes, colours or styles of the packs we offer, these are subject to stock availability but we will always endeavour to provide you with a good mix.

No goods will be dispatched prior to payment.

Goods will be dispatched within 2 days of payment.

Goods can be collected from our premises providing it is within 7 days of purchase.

Orders are subject to availability and are not taken from our stock until payment is made and therefore products could have sold out whilst awaiting payment.

If products are out of stock we will substitute for a similar product or refund any monies paid.

Goods are supplied under strict condition that all chainstore labels and markings are removed before resale, this is the sole responsibility of the purchaser of goods whose name or company name is printed on the sales invoice. It is a legal requirement that chainstore labels are removed

In the unlikely event that your parcel differs to the invoice, any discrepancies must be raised by email to info@bfc-sales within 2 days of receipt of goods. Failure to raise a discrepancy within this time will result in the delivery being deemed as correct and no claims will be accepted.

Returns are only accepted on mixed job lots if the entire job lot is returned, if unsure prior to purchasing our mixed packs we suggest you pick from our individual stock range.

  • 1) Where does the stock come from?
    • Stock is sourced from surplus, overruns and discontinued products from major chainstore and catalogue groups.
    • General manufacturers of repeat quality products
    • Bankrupt & insolvency stocks.
  • 2) Do you have other stock available?
    • The website shows the stock we currently have available. The site is updated twice weekly
  • 3) What is the minimum order?
    • We have no minimum order
  • 4) How is the stock delivered?
    • Stock is generally sent by courier on next day delivery for UK orders, and 4-7 days for international. Smaller orders are sent by royal mail first class recorded. Our aim is to deliver all orders within 2-3 business days.
  • 5) What is your returns policy?
    • No quibble guarantee, if you are not satisfied for whatever reason with your purchase please return within 7 days for a refund or replacement
    • If non faulty goods are to be returned then you must do so within 7 days, in its original condition, including packaging for a refund. Please ensure that items are securely packaged. Refunds exclude any postage or packing costs which you may incur. Your statutory rights are not affected.
    • In all cases returned goods will be inspected prior refund.
  • 6) How can I pay?

  • 8) Can we visit your premises to view products?
    • We welcome all visitors to our premises, we have a comfortable showroom that displays the majority of our products. We are situated in a small town centre location with low cost car parking across the road and loading bay facilities.  We are open to customers Mon-Fri 11-2. If you wish to visit outside of these hours please call to make an appointment. We also suggest if you are travelling a long way to make an appointment first. Call in and have a cuppa of Yorkshire tea with us!
